Tecoma stans



Tecoma stans (Yellow Trumpetbush) is an attractive plant that is cultivated as an ornamental. It can by found throughout the tropical Americas. It has been introduced to countries in Asia, Africa and the Pacific, where it has become a problem plant. It is a declared weed in South Africa and should be removed from gardens. The honey produced from Tecoma stans nectar is poisonous.
